Dry Mix is a refractory mortar, that when mixed with water, is ideal for joining or repairing firebrick and clay flue tile. It can also be used as a thin overcoat in fireboxes or cementing firebrick in outdoor firepits and fireplaces. Service temperature up to 2700 deg. F *
- Dry, hydraulically setting non-water soluble, medium duty refractory mortar devoped for use with firebrick and clay flue tile. *
- Gray in color. *
- Does not require heat to cure. For best results, allow 7 days before heat is applied. *
- For use indoors or outdoors. *
- 1/8″ thickness coverage: 50 – 9″ x 4-1/2″ x 1-1/4″ firebricks *
- 1/16″ thickness coverage: 112 – 8″x8″ flue tiles *
