How to Use
Additional Info

Packaged in a standard caulking cartridge (requires a caulking gun, not included).
The adhesive is light gray in color, offering a clean, professional appearance when applied.

  1. Prepare the Cartridge: Cut the tip of the nozzle to your desired bead size (¼” recommended) and break the foil seal inside the cartridge before applying.
  2. Apply the Adhesive: Dispense in a continuous bead along the surface where bonding is required.
  3. Set and Secure: Position materials in place while the adhesive is still tacky. Adhesion begins during the curing process and continues to strengthen over 7 days.

Application Tips

  • Cut the nozzle tip slightly wider than usual for easier, smoother application.
  • Ideal application temperature: 60°F–100°F (16°C–38°C).
  • Can be applied to wet surfaces — mist the area lightly with water (H₂O) to accelerate curing and increase bond strength.
  • Suitable for vertical or overhead applications without sagging or troweling (non-slump formula).
  • Coverage: A ¼” bead provides approximately 26 linear feet per cartridge.
  • Clean-Up: Use rubbing alcohol before the product cures.
  • Strength:
    • Delivers over 50 PSI or 3,000 lbs per linear foot of bond area.
    • Offers instant green strength, capable of holding 17 lbs or more of dead weight before fully cured — requiring minimal support.
  • Temperature Resistance: Once cured, withstands extreme conditions from –40°F to 300°F.
  • Not Recommended For:
    • Adhering firebrick inside outdoor fireplaces (due to 300°F max limit)
    • Use on porcelain, aluminum, steel, marble, granite, fiberglass/glass, or most woods
  • Storage: Do not store below 32°F.
  • Formula:
    • 100% solids, contains no solvents
    • Suitable for wet substrate application, unlike silicone, polyurethane, or latex adhesives
    • A one-part moisture-cure hybrid polymer that remains flexible, forming a durable, long-term rubber bond
    • Non-shrinking formula reduces material usage by up to 50% or more
